One of the core components of an air fryer is the heating element and the fan. The heating element generates heat, and the fan is responsible for circulating the hot air evenly inside the fryer. The air duct design of the air fryer also plays an important role in hot air circulation. Reasonable air ducts can guide hot air to be evenly distributed in all corners of the fryer to avoid local overheating or overcooling. Some high-end air fryers use a unique 360-degree surround air duct design. After the hot air is generated from the heating elements at the bottom or side, it circulates evenly in the fryer through the carefully designed air duct to ensure that every side of the ingredients can be evenly heated. At the same time, there may also be guide plates or baffles in the air duct to further optimize the flow direction and speed of the hot air and improve the accuracy of the hot air circulation.
Users can also make manual fine adjustments based on their own experience and preferences. For example, when baking some larger pieces of meat, if you find that the surface color is uneven, you can adjust the position of the fryer or manually adjust the fan speed to make the hot air circulation more in line with cooking needs.
